In compliance with the duty of information contained in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that the owner of www.alpinum-ride.cc (the "Site") is ODISEA 3 SPORTS FACTORY S.L., with registered office at CAMI DEL MIG Nº1, 08394 SANT VICENÇ DE MONTALT, Barcelona, Spain (the "Site Owner").

2. Users

The access and/or use of the Site attributes to you the condition of USER, and implies your full acceptance, from the moment of your first access and/or use, of the General Conditions of Use of the Site that we detail here. These General Conditions of Use of the Site apply to the navigation that you make on the Site. If, in addition, you carry out any act of subscription or contracting on line of the goods and services offered on the Site, such acts and contracts will be governed by the Contracting Conditions that we will indicate in each case.

3. Site Usage

The Site provides the User with access to a multitude of information, services, tools, programs or data (the "Contents"). The Contents are the property of the Owner of the Site or its licensors and suppliers.

The User accesses the Site under his personal responsibility, committing himself, in particular, to respect the Contents, to comply with the instructions given by the Owner of the Site and, at all times, and in particular during the registration process, to provide truthful and lawful information. 4. The user

You agree to make proper use of the Site, as well as the content and services offered therein and, in particular, chat services, discussion forums or newsgroups. In particular, the User undertakes not to use either the Site or the aforementioned services to (i) engage in illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order activities; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in support of terrorism or against human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Site Owner or third parties, or introduce, propagate or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use user accounts, email, or profiles on social networks, other users or third parties, and / or modify or manipulate their messages.

The Site Owner complies with the European and national legislation in force at all times, and ensures the correct use and processing of the User's personal data. Therefore, whenever the consent of the User to process personal data is obtained, the User will be previously and thoroughly informed of the data to be processed, legal basis and purposes thereof, identity and contact details of the person responsible, time during which the data will be processed or criteria on which the duration of the treatment depends, rights of the User holder of the data and how to exercise them, as well as the other extremes required in each case by law, always referring to the Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data of the Site Owner. Consent for the processing of data will always be obtained by means of unchecked boxes by default (opt-in).

Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the consent of the User will also be requested in the same way for any electronic sending of commercial or advertising information.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The Site Owner, by itself or as licensee or assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights over the Contents and any other elements included in the Site (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.). All rights on the Contents and any other elements included in the Site are expressly reserved in favor of the Owner of the Site and its respective licensors or licensees.

The contents generated by the Users are the property of each of them. The inclusion of the same in the Site, its permanence in it and its withdrawal, are exclusive prerogatives of the Owner of the Site. By the simple fact of publishing on the Site a content generated by the User, the User does not acquire any right to have such content published, maintained or removed from the Site.

The User grants to the Owner of the Site, by the sole fact of the publication of a content generated by the User, a free, non-exclusive, freely transferable license to third parties who succeed him/her in the ownership of the Site, and worldwide, to publish and maintain or remove from the Site, one or more times, as it suits the Owner of the Site, the content generated by the User, whether or not such content reaches the degree of originality necessary to be protected by the current legislation on Intellectual Property, both Spanish and international.

The use of the Site does not attribute to the User any subjective right, faculty, facultative right, expectation or legal position on the Site, the Contents or any other elements included therein, different from the mere and simple fact of navigating through it.

Under the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, are expressly prohibited reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, all or part of the Contents of the Site, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the prior express written permission of the Owner of the Site. The User undertakes to respect the rights of Intellectual and Industrial Property of the Owner of the Site and other holders of such rights on the Contents of the Site. The Owner of the Site may view the elements of the Site and even print, copy and store them on the hard drive of your computer or any other hardware provided it is solely and exclusively for personal and private use. The User shall refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device, security system or electronic measure for the management of rights, existing in the Site.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The Owner of the Site is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any kind that may result from browsing the Site and, in particular and without prejudice to others, errors or omissions in the Contents, the lack of availability of the Site, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having taken the necessary technological measures to prevent it.

8. Modifications

The Site Owner reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate in its Site, may change, delete or add content and services provided through the same as the way in which they are presented or located on the Site, or even leave it completely empty of any content.

9. Use of cookies

11. Right of exclusion

The Site Owner reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Site and / or services offered without notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who violate these General Conditions of Use.

The Owner of the Site will pursue the breach of these conditions and any misuse of its Site exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond by law.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between the Site Owner and the User is governed by Spanish common law, including European Union law and the provisions of international treaties and conventions to which Spain is a party.

Any dispute that may arise between the Site Owner and the User shall be submitted, to the extent permitted by the law in force at any time, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
